I am happy to accept returns for non-faulty items within 14 days of the delivery date, provided the item is unused, and is NOT a customized order. I cannot accept returns for items that have been customized, with for example your name or initials, or a photo of your choice.
If you wish to return an item, please do contact me BEFORE sending it back. Your refund will be processed within 3 working days after receiving the returned item. Please note that all return shipping charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
As with the returns, I am happy to accept exchanges within 14 days of the delivery date. You may exchange any non-customized item for any other to the same value, ie, a different sized phone case, or the same case with a different print, etc.

Faulty Items or Lost in Transit
If you feel you have received a faulty item, or if the 6 week shipping period has passed and you feel your item may have been lost in the post, please contact me right away BEFORE leaving feedback. I will be happy to work with you to rectify the situation, but once you leave feedback, I will be unable to process any refunds or post out replacement items, so in those rare instances, please contact me right away at email@example.com so I can help sort out any problems there might be! :-)
